Ugh. Dizzy spells are back.

I had a pretty boring day at work today, all afternoon I only saw 1 patient.  I did get some work done, but not much to write about.

Pretty on plan today except for a really yummy cookie (another weight watcher told me it was a 10/10 and it was!).  I'd eaten more points than I usually would by the time lunch was over, so I skipped the bun for my chicken burger and just had it with a little bit of mayo, ketchup and mustard.  I ended up sharing it with Zaryah who incidentally really likes chicken burgers...  So now I have enough points for a pudding :)

I'm a little concerned again about dizzy spells I've been having.  They went away for a while, then I had one on the weekend but didn't think anything of it, then tonight I had another one in the bathtub.  I had to call Tom to come spot me getting up.  My pulse was low ish, 60's but it wasn't thready or anything, so I don't know if it really had anything to do with my BP being low.  It went away quickly but I now have a headache :(  Stupid dizzy spell cut bath time short!

I think I'm going to have to see my doctor again soon.

Physio went well today!  She's liking my progress and I think I'll be able to exercise again soon!  If you told me back in November that it would take me 2 months to recover from that fender bender, I'd never have believed it!  Heed my warning!  If you get rear-ended and are a little sore afterwards, get checked out!  Car insurance covers Physio!  Just get looked at!

Weigh in tomorrow and it's anybody's guess how it'll go.  I'm still chasing that illusive 75 pound medal...

I finally have a picture to show you from the wedding I was in in November!  It's hard to believe that was already 10 pounds ago!


I'm second from the left!  My dress was actually a bit big!
