Silver medal!

Yay!  I got it!

Unbelievably I was down 1 pound tonight for a total of 81.2 pounds!  That's 75.2 pounds lost at meeting!  I got my shiny new silver 75 pound medal!


Hard won!  Isn't it pretty!

The leader asked me how I feel now as opposed to before I started WW's, how many sizes I've come down, what my biggest change has been and a few others.  It was exciting!  There were a whole slew of new members just gawking at me, lol!  "Wow!  75 pounds!  That's a lot of weight!  I hope I can get there some day!"  I know that's what they're thinking, because I've been there hearing other peoples stories as they receive their own medals!

Remember how last week I was given that home made 75 lb magnet?


Well I got the story behind it today!  Sue (our WW's leader) gave that to me as an incentive to buckle down and lose enough to finally earn that medal!  It worked!

I feel so motivated to keep going now!  My next goal is to get out of the 170's.  2.3 pounds to go to get there... I'm hoping for a good solid loss next week, now that I'm really working on it.  :)

In meeting tonight my sister showed me a pic of myself from October 2011.
