Long weekend!

It was Canada Day yesterday and I tracked everything!  I ate way more points than I would have, but between daily points, activity points and the rest of my weekly points I'm still under.  I'm not expecting a great loss tomorrow now :P  I think with all of the gardening work I did yesterday combined with the extra salt content, I'm retaining a bunch.  My daily weights are fluctuating quite a bit!

I've tracked 8 days in a row now and feeling pretty good about it.  Now to end the weekend with more garden work followed by Spiderman at the movies with my wonderful hubby :)


  1. Great job not going totally crazy over the long weekend! I myself didn't do too well yesterday, had many more calories than I should have ... They were all healthy foods, though, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, oatmeal, multigrain cereal, cheese, etcetera --- I managed to avoid ALL of the temptations of carnival/celebration foods!

    Aside form the entire sleeve and then some of Premium Plus crackers I had just before bed, due to being suddenly ridiculously hungry. Oh, man. ((That's how I found your blog, actually. I'm trying to figure out how many cals are in one sleeve of crackers, LOL. And then I decided to comment when I found out we're both from Southern Ontario!))

    I have no idea why I love crackers so much, but the taste is so divine to me. Most people are like, 'Uh, yeah, crackers, who cares? I'll pass.' But I could literally eat my way through an entire box if I ever let myself. Which I never will, shudder!

    But anyway, I've went on long enough. Keep up the fantastic work!
